Bloom Market is evolving into a retail incubator designed to help four entrepreneurs establish or expand their brick-and-mortar presence on High Street. This reimagined space will provide emerging retailers with the opportunity to test their concept, grow their customer base, and become part of the momentum transforming Olde Towne Portsmouth.
We're seeking four complementary retail businesses ready to take the next step in their journey and plant roots in Portsmouth. Applications are open now through August 21.
